Guru is a 2007 film directed and co-written by Mani Ratnam. It stars Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Madhavan, Vidya Balan, Arya Babbar, and Mithun Chakraborty in the leading roles. The film also has Mallika Sherawat in a guest appearance.

The soundtrack for this film is composed by A. R. Rahman. A. R. Rahman received both the "Best Music" and "Best Background Score" awards in "Filmfare Awards" as well as "IIFA awards".
