Don is a 2006 action-thriller film directed by Farhan Akhtar. The movie is also called Don: The Chase Begins Again as it is a remake of the 1978 film of the same name. The film was produced by Ritesh Sidhwani. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles with Arjun Rampal, Kareena Kapoor, Boman Irani, Isha Koppikar, and Om Puri appearing in supporting roles.
A simple man, Vijay is recruited by a police officer to pose as Don, the leader of the international gang of smugglers. Things went in the wrong direction when the police officer is killed and Vijay has to fend for himself.
The music of the movie is given by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, with lyrics penned by Javed Akhtar. The vocals were performed by Shaan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shankar Mahadevan, Alisha Chinai, Mahalakshmi Iyer, Sonu Nigam, and MIDIval Punditz.
