DESCRIPTION
Do Kaliyan is a 1968 film directed by R. Krishnan and S. Panju. It stars Mala Sinha, Biswajeet, Mehmood and Neetu Singh. It is a remake of movie Kuzhandaiyum Deivamum, which itself was an adaptation of the 1953 British film Twice Upon a Time and 1961 movie The Parent Trap - both based on the Erich Kästner's 1949 German novel Lottie and Lisa (Das doppelte Lottchen).
Due to differences between their parents, twin sisters Ganga and Jamuna are separated at birth. They bump into each other years later and decide to reunite their parents.
